At Furniture Point, we strive to provide high-quality furniture and a smooth shopping experience. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and offer refunds or replacements for items that meet the following criteria:
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is provided.
- The item is not custom-made, unless there is a manufacturing defect or transit damage.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or made-to-order furniture (e.g., specific sizes, fabrics, finishes).
- Products that are used, assembled, or altered after delivery.
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
- Clearance, final sale, or discounted items clearly marked as non-returnable.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos/videos showing the issue.
- Do not assemble or use the item.
We will arrange for inspection and provide a free replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the severity of the issue.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is approved and the item is picked up and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or via bank transfer in case of COD orders).
- Shipping, handling, or payment gateway charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Return Pick-Up
- Free reverse pickup is available for eligible returnable items in serviceable locations.
- In remote or non-serviceable areas, customers may be required to self-ship the product.
- All items must be returned in secure packaging to avoid damage in transit.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Orders for custom-built or made-to-order furniture cannot be canceled once processing has started.
